Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a company integrating industry and trade. We already have five factories.
Q:Where is your factory located? How can i visited there?
A:Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, China, it's about 20 minutes away from BaiYun Airport. Welcome to visit to our factory, we happy to help you booking hotel and airport pick-up.
Q:What certificates do you have?
A:Since Europe and America are our main markets, our products are with SGS / CE / TUV /ISO9001/ISO13485 certificate.
Q:How to get the price list?
A:Price list Pls Email/call/fax to us with you like items name together with you detail (name, detail address, telephone ,etc),we will sent to you as soon as prossible.
Q:What is your product quality?
A:Our raw materials are purchased from qualified supplier. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality.
Q:What's the shiping method,shipping time?
A:Our products could be shipped be Sea,by Air,and by Express.which methods to be used os based on the weight and size of the package,and with consideration of customer;s requirements.by sea:20-40days;by air:5-10days;by express:3-6days.
Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes,if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou,you can let your for warder ship the products for you.And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.
Q:What's the Payment method?
A:T/T or L/C or Paypal Western , Union.
Q:How to Place an order?
A:Please kindly send us you order by email or online,we will confirm the PIwith you .We wish to know Delivery information:Company name,detail address,phone/fax number,transportation way.
